Pulse reading is a traditional Chinese medicine technique where our practitioner assesses your health through the pulse. Based on the reading, we create a personalized herbal prescription to support your balance and wellness.

Moxibustion is a therapeutic technique using the heat from burning moxa (mugwort) to stimulate acupuncture points and promote circulation. It helps with energy flow, digestion, and overall wellness.

Meridian electrotherapy uses gentle electrical stimulation along energy channels (meridians) to help relieve tension, improve circulation, and support organ function.

Herbal steam therapy combines heat and medicinal herbs to help open pores, release toxins, and support respiratory and skin health.

Cupping uses suction cups on the skin to stimulate blood flow, release tension, and promote natural healing. It can relieve muscle tightness, improve circulation, and enhance energy flow.

Our wellness sessions are generally safe when guided by trained practitioners. Some clients may feel temporary warmth, mild soreness, or relaxation effects, which are normal responses. Serious side effects are rare. If you experience unusual discomfort, please inform your practitioner immediately.

Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session.

Inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, implants, or current medications.

All our therapies are safe when administered by trained professionals. We tailor each session to your individual health needs. However, if you are pregnant, have severe heart disease, skin conditions, or implanted medical devices, please consult your doctor first.

Sessions typically last 45–90 minutes, depending on the therapy type and your wellness plan.

 The number of sessions varies depending on your health condition and wellness goals. Some clients may feel improvements after the first session, while others may benefit from a series of sessions for long-term balance. Your practitioner will recommend a personalized plan. 

We do not accept health insurance. However, we offer package discounts for multiple sessions to support your long-term wellness and balance. Please ask our staff for details. 

Our wellness sessions are generally suitable for ages 8 and above. For children under 8, please consult with the practitioner beforehand to discuss safe and appropriate options. 

Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all wellness sessions to ensure safety and proper guidance.
